Help
To access your content, you need to use the player for the platform of your choice. If you have purchased content, you can log in with your email and password. If you have a code, you can redeem it either in the player or the code section. Make sure that you are connected to the internet when you log in or redeem a code. Downloaded content can also be accessed without internet. For additional help please see the “Help Center” in the menu.
To locate the player after installation, press the Windows key (bottom-left, next to the CRTL key) and type the first few letters of the player name and press the Enter key. After the player appears in the list, you can also right-click on the player and pin the player to the Taskbar or send a shortcut to the desktop.

You might have received an Unlock Code if the content was not acquired by direct order or if the order contained products for separate recipients from the ordering person. In this case you can redeem the code into an existing or new account. Code redemption is performed in the players or by clicking the Redeem Unlock Code button
Watching content on a TV depends on the capabilities the TV offers. For some Smart TVs Flickrocket may offer apps running on the TV itself but for most TVs, using ChromeCast is the best option to feed content from a mobile device to the TV. There are also other compatible options such as AndroidTV or AirPlay mirroring. Computers can also be connected via cable to playback the content.
TV
Streaming to TV requires a permanent, fast internet connection. Both the controlling device (mobile phone or tablet) and the TV or connected device (e.g. ChromeCast), have to be in the same local network and connected to the internet.
